Participants and age limits	Men and Women No age limit Please note! If applications in the WOMEN category are received from less than 3 countries, WOMEN championship will be cancelled
Fix/Max spots per nation	An unlimited number of participants from each country is allowed Participants from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus are not allowed
Basis for participation	Each participant, on the day of accreditation (08.07.2026 until 19:00), must provide the Head Referee with a passport of the relevant country or a permanent residence permit
Rules	The official rules of the Free pyramid, approved by the EPF (RULES).
Flowchart	Men: Double-elimination – 64x32 or 128x64 (depending on the number of players) Women: Double-elimination – 16x8 or 32x16 (depending on the number of players)
Races	Men: Qualification – up to 5 Playoff, Semi-finals – up to 6 Final – up to 7 Women: Qualification – up to 3 Playoff, Semi-finals – up to 4 Final – up to 5
Registration	Applications are accepted from European national billiard federations by email europeanpyramid@gmail.com or via a special LINK Deadline 08.07.2026 – 19:00
Dress code	Polo shirt: shirts can be of any design providing it has a collar, short sleeve or long sleeve and any colour. Shirts must be tucked inside trousers and must be long enough that when stretching over the table, no body skin should be visible. Trousers: dress and chino style trousers of dark colour that are clean and in good condition are to be used. Trousers with studs, chains, side pockets below the thigh, as well as jeans and trousers of denim or corduroy material are not allowed. Shoes: dark plain classic shoes, loafers, moccasins, sneakers, trainers. Please note that clothes must be clean and worn correctly. Detailed information with photos about the dress code can be found on page 4 of this document.
Entry fee	Men: 100 EUR per player Women: 50 EUR per player The fee must be paid before the end of accreditation (08.07.2026 until 19:00)
Prize fund	Men Total prize money – 10.000 EUR Winner – 2.600 EUR + Trophy + Gold Medal Runner-up – 1.600 EUR + Silver Medal Semi‐Finalists – 900 EUR x 2 + Bronze Medals 5-8 places – 500 EUR x 4 9-16 places – 250 EUR x 8 Women Total prize money – 3.000 EUR Winner – 900 EUR + Trophy + Gold Medal Runner-up – 600 EUR + Silver Medal Semi‐Finalists – 350 EUR x 2 + Bronze Medals 5-8 places – 200 EUR x 4
